The research delivers actionable policy recommendations for optimizing human capital export, applicable to both Pakistan and other developing nations facing similar challenges.

Khushaal Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Unveiling a Digital Dashboard for real-time monitoring of provincial departments and public service outlets. The program employs 27 key performance indicators for district administrations and nine for the police, emphasizing transparency and efficiency. The initiative underscores a commitment to zero tolerance against corruption, law and order, good governance, improved public service delivery, and a human resource export strategy to address insufficient job opportunities by providing crash courses and international employment opportunities.

Mineral Sector Development Strategy
Revitalised discourse on Pakistan's mineral sector, highlighting its untapped potential and identifying key challenges. Merged data on diverse reserves, production, and global standings to underscore the sector's underperformance despite abundant resources. Presented a concise roadmap, emphasizing regulatory coherence, infrastructure development, and technological upgrades for unlocking the sector's unique economic opportunities.

10 Billion Tree Financing Strategy

This advocates a 10 Billion Tree Afforestation Project in Pakistan, uniquely exploring global funds like GCF and GEF, alongside innovative approaches such as green bonds and voluntary solidarity contributions. The proposal highlights indigenous solutions, including public-private partnerships and corporate sector engagement through CSR, showcasing a comprehensive and diverse financing framework for sustainable climate action. The suggested implementation measures ensure effective coordination and monitoring through a dedicated Fund Cell and GIS-based systems.
